45. With no daily good handcream use. I'm 53 & I use Nivea rich body lotion on mine every night as it's rich in almond oil. No wrinkles or age spots yet touch wood.

So what should we be doing for our hands? Sunscreen perhaps but it just gets washed off surely.

You're all very good at this! I'm 40. NHS so I've spent 17 years washing my hands all the bloody time. They're not dry but I think there's some sun damage going on.

Current state of affairs after a shift at work. If anyone can recommend a hand cream, ouch!

In the summer, I tend to crayon on solid sunblock on the backs of my hands after I've washed them. Keep in my handbag. It's for sun protection primarily because I sometimes get a rash with the sun,
