Agnes b sizing - help please

Hi, can anyone help me with sizing for Agnes b please? I am a 'standard' 10, (except for Boden when I wear a 12 top). What size do I look for when buying Agnes b - is it 38 or 40, and do the tops in particular come up small at all?

Agnes b is typical french sizing:

36=8
38=10
40=12

However, the sizes do run a but small, so I'd go for a 40. You should be fine with a 40 for tops if you are a UK 10.

Agnes b comes up very small - I am normally and 34/36 and take a 38/40 dress size agnes B.
