To be annoyed with Fossil

Placed an order for a lovely fossil bag £135, waited for 10 days, no bag,contacted customer service. Turns out it's out of stock and they've made a refund. Money showed in my bank 2 days later.
Placed an another order for a similar bag with them, cost £72, this time checked beforehand with CC to make sure they have that in stock. Placed my order, checked my online bank transactions, they've charged £207!!
Contacted CC again, turns out they've charged £135 again for the old cancelled order! They are going to refund and will take 3-5 days.
My question is how did this happen? When I placed the new order it clearly showed as £72, how can they charge something that I didn't authorise?
Has anyone had a similar experience? This is my first shopping experience with them, Never again!
I'm really annoyed with the whole thing, DH says I should call CC and ask to speak to a supervisor and complain.

It can happen with ordering systems. I bet the sfaff get frustrated too. I can't see any point in ringing and speaking to a manager though if they're already correcting it? Shame you missed out on your first bag though.
