I just tried looking on Me and Em as she posted on Instagram that another dress was from there. But no sign of this dress. It looks like summer on the tv clip, maybe it's a past season dress.

There are a few likely sources here. My first guess would be Samantha Sung.

It looks like Zimmermann to me but a quick Google didn't reveal the style name!
