Arghhhhhh.

I am wearing SKINNY jeans tucked into my boots and they are still baggy on the leg. What am I doing wrong?!

You need fatter legs. Go and have some chocolate and a dozen donuts.

elastic across the bottom

nappyaddict · 27/10/2007 11:31

buying them too big!

smurfgirl · 27/10/2007 11:32

I am already fat!

Jeans are the right size and are tucked into socks which I knoww helps a lot.

I'm not sure you can solve it as they'll bag when you sit down/stand up. Try putting the jeans halfway on, tucked right down into socks, put boots on then pull jeans all the way up. When you sit/bend your legs they will pull out thoug unless fastened under your feet in some way.

[whispers] ski pants, it is the inevitable conclusion.

I think you need jeans with some stretch in them, then the stretch goes back into shape rather than bagging out.

Same here!! I look like biggles!!!!!Grrrrrrrr..........

Go to a horsy type shop. Buy a pair of johdpur straps for less that 2 pounds. Sorted.

MrsBadger · 27/10/2007 16:59

how do jodhpur straps work, exactly? do they go under your feet, or round your leg?

cameleon · 27/10/2007 17:41

ouch! they wouldn't work, they have clips on each side that would rub your ankles!
They are made to keep your trousers over your boots, by clipping to the two sides and going under the sole of your boot.
