To dye or not to dye.

Help needed.
Cons
Really don't need the faff (bottle blond many moons ago and gave that up cos it was such a faff), but this is different.
Not very environmentally friendly.
Expensive

Pros
I've got sort of mid-brown hair and I don't want to just fade away, spending decades going glamorous grey.

Anyone any thoughts?

Temporary dyes - about £4 for a box of eg clairol, washes out in 6 weeks, good for a bit of grey. Not sure about environmental side....

Another vote for temporary colour. Choose one that's one shade lighter than your normal colour and it's not so obvious
