Can I return clothes purchased in store to Next Home?

I bought a few bits in the next sale today and want to return some of them (I can’t wait for changing rooms to be back open!!) can I return them to a Next Home store? I’ve returned things I’ve bought online before but am unclear if I can do the same with in store purchases.

Doubt it. I know you can't return clothes bought online at Next to their stores.

I returned on line clothes today. You couldn't access the shop but my local store had a 'counter' set up at the door.
One of the people in the queue tried to return something she had bought but was turned away.
As far as I can tell you could only pick up and return on line orders.

You CAN return clothes bought online to the stores.
Not sure about a home store though.
Ring the store or do live chat on the website and ask.

Shop in higher covid tiers will most likely have and extended returns policy. No tills on to process the refunds.

Yes you can? I have bought things online and returned to store.

This is what I found online but it seems related to when everything closed back in March.... having said that I guess it’s in their interests to maintain it as a system?!

Just in case anyone comes across this thread wondering the same thing I can confirm that you CAN return clothes bought in store to a Next Home store!
