Can anyone recommend a decent shampoo?

I am at my wits end with my hair at the moment and it's really starting to bother me.

I cannot seem to find a shampoo to agree with my hair at the moment. I have tried all of the well known brands and everything I try seems to make my hair either very oily or dull and flat. I have naturally fine and soft hair, but there is a lot of it. It also takes an absolute age to try. As a result, my hair always looks lacklustre and dull and like it needs a wash. This has only started within the last 6 months and has never happened previously.

Can anyone recommed a shampoo or treatment that I could try?

Thank you xx

A Veda Rosemary and Mint. You can get a little travel size bottle to try.

Their Shampure one is also good (though tbh they’re all good).

I don't know whether you have tried the new Herbal Essence zero sulphate range but I think it is excellent.

My hair is long and prone to greasy roots and I bought the mint and strawberry shampoo called "clean" and it leaves my hair feeling lighter and cleaner. I think it's brilliant and is on offer at the moment in Tesco

I had this issue, I used my toddlers child's farm shampoo and conditioner in fig and it was amazing! I've stuck with it and my hair has never been better. I have tried most of the high end and organic/natural products but I'm sticking with this.

I've recently tried Garnier shampoo bars and they are a complete game changer. Sulphate free but the bar lathers well and gives a good clean leaving my wild hair soft and manageable.
