Where can I find high waisted short-style knickers in natural fabrics?

Hello you stylish lot, I don't usually post in here but I lurk a lot and I know you can find anything!

I'm looking for proper boy short type knickers but in a high waisted style (ie that come up to my belly button and keep my kidneys warm!) and in natural fabrics (cotton or bamboo, I mean, I love silk but I'd rather not pay ££££ either)

It seems impossible to find such a thing, either the shape is right but the fabric is wrong or vice versa.

I've tried searching for an existing thread but no luck (searching on the app is such a pain).

Any ideas, o wise stylish ones?

I must admit though I am really short bodied so everything comes up really high waisted. In fact if I wear anything high waisted they come right up to my bra.
