Help me find a mascara please!

I just keep wasting money on them and cant find one I'm happy with. My requirements are:
Doesn't clump
Doesn't smudge
Easy to remove - without hot water! I use make up remover or baby wipes.
Max £20

I've tried the gold number 7 one that everyone raves abut but it's a nightmare to get off. I hate the way it flakes all over your face. I cant use lots of water on my eyes they are sensitive and the skin around them is dry.

Benefit mascaras and Aldi lacura special buys are amazing dupes

I bought benefit rollerlash once, worked out that ots actually the brush which gives you the amazing lashes, so now I buy cheap W7 mascara from savers for a quid and use the rollerlash brush. Exactly the same as the rollerlash but cheaper.

Oh I also rate L'Oréal baby doll mascara too, about a fiver from amazon.
