Recs for a good but not extortionate skin care range for 16 yo girl?

She has pretty good skin, a bit congested around the chin at times. She reacted to Simple products. Any recommendations please? Thank you!

Thank you! I got her the Cerave face wash when she was younger actually, I'll have a look at the rest of the range and the others too.

Bioderma is a lovely French range, reasonably priced and the packaging is nice too.

The green range is for oilier skin, the Sebium Hydra is a lovely moisturiser I use on t zone and it keeps it clear without drying out
