Not very glamorous ... where can I get a stylish but reasonably priced glasses string?

Morning all

So yes, as title states. I've started a new job and although I can't read a damn thing without my specs I don't like to wear them when unnecessary. So the last few weeks I've been tucking them into the neck of my top which has led to many instances of them either falling on the ground or the hinges getting loose quickly, despite screwing them tighter.

I'm going to embrace my inner granny and just get one of those stings so I can just have them safely round my neck when not in use. Unfortunately a bit of googling this am and I can only see either the ones we used to wear as teenagers (think overly bright, thick cord) or the stylish ones are very expensive.

I'd like something like these but ideally for £20 or less. I know the second one isn't much over that but there's delivery on top too.

Any suggestions, you stylish lot?

@tellmewhentheLangshiplandscoz, a male colleague wears his on a string. He's quite cool, and if anyone comments, he just says it's better than losing them.

Ive been thinking of getting a glasses chain for ages myself, love the ASOS one, the other one is nice too and a bargain, might order from ASOS and pick one up in Accessorize when the shops open. I'm in Glasgow so in lockdown unfortunately🙁

Thank you so much @goose1964 I’ve just ordered one for my TA. It’s so pretty.

If you think of how much specs cost with the frames and the lenses, and that you might need them for driving home from work, they are not a bad idea.
