I am missing them now.
Not even for buying things, just for browsing.
I love the atmosphere this time of the year.

God, yes. I used to go to London quite a lot for work, and would always aim to combine it with a bit of browsing. I had a lovely route that went from Piccadilly Circus to Oxford Circus (or vice-versa) mainly via Kingley Street (the one that runs between Carnaby Street and Regent Street, I would drop in on Uniqlo, Office, Cos, Arket, &Other Stories, with perhaps a detour to Liberty as well. Not the same online at all.

Yes I am and not not even a big shopper .

I do love a mooch around Oxford Westgate , The Covered Market , coffee or lunch , walking to Jericho, people watching and enjoying the architecture and vibe of the beautiful city :(

Yes, it surprises me how much. I'm not a big spender (at all) so I'm not even saving much by not being in the shops. But just strolling through, looking at lovely things I could buy if I wanted is somehow soothing and cheerful. And normal! That's probably what I miss really.

I don't miss the shops exactly but I miss the coffee shops.

Would go for a browse, find a few nice things, then stop off at a lovely independent coffee shop to warm up with a cuppa and something to eat and admire my purchases.

It's just not the same this year
