How to make your eyes non-puffy in the morning if you've had a row with dh and cried the night before?

Row all over, everything ok (ish). But I cry very easily when I row and end up looking like I have the swollenest, most tiny eyes ever the next day. Have tried cold compress, cucumber, etc. Anyone know any solutions? (Apart from a)not crying in the first place or b)lamping dh before he starts criticising me when I've been looking after a teething toddler and am at the end of my tether).

Also, does it get worse with age? I swear I never used to have this problem.

oh i get this too, it's awful. So have you tried the cold tea bags? I know there are eye gels that can work too.
