Short and chunky - need a beautiful dress for an Italian coastal wedding

Im a guest at an italian wedding.

5'2 and sway between 14 and 16. Cant wear anything that stops above the knee. Also have two small dc so needs to be practical for kids sticky fingers.

Wedding will be in the sun, coastal Amalfi Coast.

Happy to spend around £100 for a dress (shoes and bag not included) but couldn't justify much more.

Plan on slimming a bit more before the wedding, in an ideal world I'd be a slinky size 8 on the day but that's not going to happen

Anyone got any recommendations for style/material/stores or any links?

Are you more of a floral or block colour?

I am a short 14.
I would think about the whole look - shoes, handbag, makeup, hair.
Natural fibres so linen or cotton.
Thought about Cos or Toast? Something understated.
Could you buy something and take to good dressmaker so fits you better ?

Block colour. I usually dress in darker colours (Navy, bottle green etc) but also love Mustard.
