Style Challenge - find me some brown wedge heeled boots which don't look like wellies on my fine and delicate calves

I must at this stage say that my calves are the ONLY fine and delicate things about my frame
In fact I never though they were slim until all the boots I tried on looked like wellies - they are either good on the calves but huge on the ankle or the other way around. So far I have found a pair that fit the legs in nine west but they are a bit too high in the (wedge) heel for me and also [shudder] have some lacing up them so they look a bit victoriana
have to be wedge heeled and a small bit of height would be welcome...

There's The Calf Width Boot Company or Duo Boots but as someone with the same problem as you, I'm not very inspired by the choice they offer.

If you find any others I'd be interested!

this one is about the closest to what I am after, though that lighter coloured stuff is weird and i would like a slightly higher heel

what do clarks or destroy boots normally come up like does anyone know?

Have you lookeda at Elba on the DUO website? They have a wedge. www.duoboots.com/calf_fitted_boots/casual/elba I think they will be the best fit you will find as noone else seems to do as many calf sizes.
