Talk to me about magnetic eyelashes and DIY gel nails

Please can people recommend magnetic eyelashes - preferably for the more petite eye!

And also those gel nails I keep seeing advertised - where you fill a nail shaped template and then cure - do these actually work?

I can't comment on the eyelashes but the polygel nails are pretty easy and effective if you get your prep right so they stay on. A e-file is very good to assist with this and you can buy pretty cheap from Amazon.

I personally really like the semilac range of gel polish products and also Candy Coat. The semilac range is what I started with and I still think they are excellent quality. Definitely my go to for colour.

Depending on whether and how much you want to extend I also like the 5 in 1 range for Semilac. Especially if you want to try out doing your own overlays/small extensions as you are just shelling out for one product but bear I mind it is thicker than normal gel polish.

I buy from Flowertush. I think they are well priced, deliver fast and you can pick a freebie with each order. The range you can pick from changes - it's a but depleted at the moment.
