Autumn nail colours for those with hands that go purple.

This is a support group thread for those of us whose hands go corned beef/corpse coloured at the slightest nip in the air, thus making it very difficult to have lovely looking nails.

Any colour ideas beyond blah nude?

I sometimes think a dark purple red reduces the obvious contrast that comes with lighter colours. To be honest I've been going with french tip more often than not.

I have icy, blotchy, pale hands - and I wear a dark purple. It contrasts nicely with the pale, and distracts from the blotches.

I go with any colour. If I like it, it's going on my nails even if it doesn't go with my red hands.

How about grey?
