Has anyone bought Uggs online? I need help with sizing please

I am confused...

www.uggaustralia.com has
US size 7 = 38= Uk5.5 = 23.5cm

www.hartings.co.nz has
US 7 = UK Womens 5 Euro 38, foot length 24.3 - 24.8cm

They are selling the same shoes?
I have measured my foot and it's 24.4cm

Can anyone help me?

Ah realised I am looking at a diff model ugg

they come up big so if you are between sizes get the smaller size.

I am a uk size 5.5 and bought the ugg size w7 - i ordered both the 7 and 8 and found the 8 too big (and apparently they stretch).

The 7 was sold as a UK size 5 and even though I nornally get a 6 if no half sizes the 7 was the better fit.
