If you're short & middle aged, can you show me your favourite skirt or dress for this winter?

I feel like my short skirts (proper mini and above the knee) feel dated, & I could do with some inspiration as to alternatives.

I'm 5'2" (on a good day with my boots on ) & bony small built so all the lovely modern looking Cos type things just really don't work. Particularly interested in warm options for well ventilated covid-friendly work and socialising!

Should say, casual rather than office-type work ideally :)
