Spa like bathroom of my dreams...please can you help with stylish toiletries (rather than all the odd leftovers...!)

DH leaves odd bottles around the bathroomGrinHmmWink
Please help me to find something stylish but not too expensive.

Either reusable bottles or gorgeous toiletries.

Liking quite minimalist ...brown plastic with pump.

Independent producers would be fab, but have considered empty bottles on eBay and Sukin.

Oops, forgot to say...shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Thanks

Aesop products fit the design you're after and they are lovely - there’s a geranium leaf body wash I got completely hooked on for a while, but they’re not cheap Sad

Lookingoutside · 26/10/2020 22:21

You can get empty apothecary style pump bottles to decant your products into. Lots on Amazon.

Beauty Pie do fantastic hair, body and skincare and the packaging is mainly white with black writing. Looks good all together in the bathroom.

sleepwhenidie · 26/10/2020 22:24

Invest in Aesop and then refill with cheaper (you will probably miss the real stuff every time you dispense the cheap one - especially the hand wash - but the bottles still look good Smile)

Thanks, will take a look. I have bought some hand soap from TKMaxx, in lovely bottles and will refill. It was as cheap to do this as buy the empty bottles off Amazon/eBay. We're now using a rather nice Scandinavian organic hand soap!
Could do the same with other brands

On second thoughts...Aesop...gorgeous bottles and just the style I want...but can't bring myself to pay £33 for a body wash ( and share it with teenage boys!😂)

My Scandinavian find was around £30 on the company's own website, but £6.99 in TKMaxx.

I think I need to keep looking.

Trilogy stuff comes in big brown pump bottles and is really nice, though not quite as nice as Aesop (the liquid hand soap smells especially amazing). Neals yard bottles are blue not brown they do big sizes that work out decent value and would give a similar look.

doadeer · 27/10/2020 15:33

You could look at the spa type brands like Rituals or espa. They do refills so if you find a bottle set you like you can decant.

BeaLola · 27/10/2020 17:49

I agree re Aesop but I love it ...... M&S have a range in glass brown bottles you culd refill ....

ForthPlace · 27/10/2020 17:55

Off to google M&S....more my price range I hope...thanks

Love the look of the M&S Apothecary range...they don't have shampoo and conditioner tho.

Like the brown bottles, but also some their pastel coloured bottles.

www.madeforlifeorganics.com/shop/

Organic and hand made in Cornwall. Glass bottles, beautiful colours.

BeaLola · 27/10/2020 22:06

You could refill the M&S ones with your face brand of shampoo etc

ForthPlace · 28/10/2020 16:02

Thanks Bea, struggling to see M&S shampoo and conditioner in the type of bottles I would like.

Thanks ahippo - I've looked at that style on eBay but not quite what I want.

Thinking more natural, more like to brown pump bottles. Might have to settle for eBay ones...or a trip eventually to TKMaxx

I have empty bottles (loads on amazon) which look like old fashioned brown/amber glass with pumps but are actually plastic for safety. Then I decant normal shampoo and conditioner into them.

KormaKormaChameleon · 30/10/2020 12:06

You can get nice labels on Etsy to put on too

Sparklyring · 30/10/2020 21:35

@ForthPlace I love Evolve! Definitely worth the money
