Xmas gift for hairdresser- any hairdressers here?

I've gone to the same salon for years and in the past have tipped my hairdresser- she's a very snr stylist. However, their prices are so high (my hair plus colour is around £150) , I can't stretch to 10% of that as a tip, and I'm not comfortable with the idea of tips anyway. What I have done since lockdown is take her and the team a gift like upmarket choccies etc.

Last year I gave her a small Xmas gift and this year as it's been such a crap year for everyone, I'd like to do the same but one thing I know she uses is around £20. I don't want her to be embarrassed if I gave her that . (She'd know the cost.)

If you are a hairdresser would you feel okay about this?

Not a hairdresser, but I always bring mine either a bottle of Prosecco or a bunch of flowers at Christmas - I brought her a bottle of Prosecco after lockdown too! Last year I also have her a lovely hardback book which we had spoken about previously and she was really delighted with that.

I have had to switch as she has left and moved into a completely different field, and now see a guy. I will probably bring him a bottle of wine.
