So that man Ashley has taken over both (and Debenhams). I ordered two coats from Jack Wills for DD, lovely coats, quality amazing, both in the sale, but needed two for sizing.
Firstly they are now charging for delivery. I stupidly paid for next day, I didn't get next day. Then I went into local Jack Wills for an exchange for one, and a refund for the other. They won't refund in store, not even if a delivery has come in though the store click and collect, and the delivery price is the same anyway. So I have to pay to return the coat.
I only got a delivery, as you can't even try on it store anyway. The whole thing is a mess.
The staff are beside themselves, so many angry customers. When you pay the prices of Jack Wills and House of Fraser, you expect a certain level of customer service.
This man will destroy these companies. It is so sad.
