I know this has been done before but the main ones recommended seem to be Pringles and I can't find any that dont have something sort of pad in them which I don't want.
Any recommendations please? I'm at the point where I don't care how much they cost.

Please ignore the cankles but I wear these

I found them on the recommendation of a FB group, and they’re great Cotton so no icky sweat issues, and they stay put. No movement after a day out. I wear a 39/ 6 so the 3.5-6 works well, but if you’re a 7, I would recommend the 7-9

Primark. The mesh ones do not budge. I think they're called gym liners.

@LittleMissEngineer

What are you wearing with them... I have this problem, but I always thought that the problem was with the sock, but then realised it was actually the trainer....

All of my trainer socks work with regular trainers, nothing works with my Supergas Confused

I wear the really tiny trainer socks from H&M with a similar style of trainer. They basically just cover the soles of your feet with a small toe bit and heel grip to keep them on. I think they are called "mini socks".
