Wise ones of S&B I need some enlightenment about heels (courts/no straps):
Can anyone share any (obvious or less obvious) tips for stopping my feet from escaping my shoes (usually heels) ? Somehow I put heels on in the morning at work and they are fine but later in the day I struggle to keep them from slipping (particularly when wearing tights). I've taken a look at heel grips but the reviews online seem to suggest they are a waste of time - are they? Are there any hacks, short of gluing my feet in my shoes (or buying one size too small and suffering severe pain), to keep my feet in place? This does not happen to Kate!!
Also, whilt we're talking about high heels...how do people wear them standing up for hours and not look like they are in severe pain and... how do people dance in high heels.
