Face masks

Looking for face masks recommendations. I've bought a few different ones and they either seem too tight behind my ears, or just don't fit snugly on my face. I've seen so many people with ones that seem to fit the contours of the face which look comfortable and also offer better protection. Any recommendations to save me spending more money on masks that don't fit? Thank you Smile

Just found it on the listings. Has anyone come across other comfortable masks?

Lightofathousandstars isn't it in the photo section? I'm sure I've seen it there when I ordered the last ones.

Haha cross posted!!

Thanks @RaingodsWithZippos I've ordered now, looking forward to them arriving Smile

You can buy ear protectors on eBay to stop your ears getting sore from the elastic. Something like the one in the attached photo.

For those who have found elastic too tight, is there not a way you could replace the elastic with a longer piece?

Uniqlo Airism masks are good, though colours limited.

Superdrug ones are by far the most comfortable and breathable I've found. I had to buy ones in pink and leopard print to stop the males in my family from 'borrowing' them!

I have some cotton ones in lovely prints that were handmade for me but I really can't breathe in them.

Nothing seems to stop the glasses steaming up though - especially in cold/wet weather. It really puts me off going into shops as I just can't see - with or without them!!

https://www.plumo.com/categories/Reusable-Masks/ I find my linen Plümo masks fit well, but I have had to tie the ear loops shorter, the website does recommend doing this though and they're very comfortable. I also bought a rather expensive silk one from there that's a bit big.

As a previous poster mentioned, the Uniqlo masks are also good. They come in three different sizes but not much colour choice, I just have the plain black. https://www.uniqlo.com/uk/en/content/airism-face-mask.html

I’ve got a small head and I’ve a few masks from this seller which fit quite well www.etsy.com/uk/shop/BBFacemasks. The ones I’ve got are in size medium (for ladies/teenagers). They also smeller smaller masks.

I know you've already bought some OP, but here's another suggestion for anyone looking

The ones I bought have...

  • 3 cotton layers,
  • nose wire
  • pocket for filter (PM2.5 filter supplied) and...
  • ADJUSTABLE EAR LOOPS - yay!

M and S have packs of 5 for £9.50, which I find really comfortable, with adjustable length elastic.

The ones from here (linked upthread) do really help with the fogging on your specs.
