Lull - not even thoe high-heeled pink ones with the feathers on the front that one wears in one's boudoir with a negligee??

Back to Chav mode - mine used to be pink but the dog's chewed them to grey. They're from Primark

ScaremyVile · 09/10/2007 15:02

PW - mine are indoors only too.
TBH, I do feel a twinge of resentment that I have to change into my flop-flips to step outside. Gets in the way of my comfort.

Lullabyloo · 09/10/2007 15:09

TSC.........certainly not those kind

mind you...i dont 'do' flip flops either
i hate sloppy ,floppy foot wear

thank goodness it's boot season
i luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurve boots

MummyDarlingSausage · 09/10/2007 17:07

I ordered these today as they look so comfy. polocywonk i do love those felt ones. Do people really have more than one pair of slippers? Maybe I do need those felt ones afterall!

I did have huge big 'monster feet' slippers but they finally died, now i have Eeyore ones - i only wear slippers that are squishy and completley incase my feet.

tiredemma · 09/10/2007 17:19

is it the billy elliot style 'wild dancing' cod??

(you probably wont remember what im on about!)

policywonk · 09/10/2007 17:20

Hmm. Just say a person - any person, not necessarily someone called policywonk - were to consider buying a third pair of slippers. And let's say, for argument's sake, that policywonk this person was considering buying the felt slippers in the third link of my post of 14.41. Which colourway would this imaginary person choose? The brown is practical but a bit dull, the orange I like but it would show the dirt something terrible. If someone bought the raspberry pair, would she eternally regret not buying the orange?

Charlee · 09/10/2007 17:24

Tough choice - If I were -policywonk- this particular lady i would be torn between orange and red, i think red would have to win though.

Charlee · 09/10/2007 17:24

poo that so did not work!

pointydog · 09/10/2007 17:28

Those are croc slippers. I can't believe you're all raving about elephantastic croc slippers.

policywonk · 09/10/2007 17:31

pointy - mine or cod's? mine aren't crocs, are they?

mind you, I quite like crocs.

pointydog · 09/10/2007 17:35

cod's are awful and yours, wonkers, are awful with a touch of twee.

You must all look frightsome.

(Vile's were ok)

pointydog · 09/10/2007 17:35

Crocesque

PoshCod · 09/10/2007 17:36

OP posts:
policywonk · 09/10/2007 19:30

you are a harsh woman, pointy.

pointydog · 09/10/2007 20:53

Sorry for slipper abuse. I couldnb't really look your big old slippers right in the button and be cruel to them, you know.

policywonk · 09/10/2007 22:45

I bet you bloody would you know.

Do you know that Franny thinks that you and I are the same poster? Or rather, that she gets us mixed up?

ScaremyVile · 09/10/2007 22:47

Stop talking to yourself - wierdie-wierdo....

(cheers Pointy )

pointydog · 09/10/2007 22:58

well our names are similar, I suppose, the letters, lower case, etc. Although your name has a certain gravitas that mine lacks.
