Looking for a special birthday gift. I like white gold, tiny diamonds. Not pendants. Modern. Here’s an example of something I love but it’s sadly only available in yellow and rose gold: RINA

Looking at your link, I notice Carat has a "design your own" option. Why don't you ask them for that very piece in white gold? Worst they can do is say no by email, but they'd probably say yes
