What shoes to wear with wide leg trousers & culottes?

I've finally found some decent black wide leg trousers that are actually flattering (white company) and found a gorgeous pair of navy culottes in the Jigsaw sale. I'll wear trainers for casual but would like to wear both in the office so need something smarter. I've been looking Pinterest and can see some lovely pointed flats but my feet are too big for anything pointy - fast running out of spends so nothing too pricey SmileAny suggestions?

I wear mine with dr marten shoes or simple black pointy heels ! (I have size 7feet!)

Sock boots?
Brouges ?

I think most shoes will work well!

Have you tried any pointy flats tho? My feet are size 7-8 and I love a pointy flat! They don’t actually make your feet look that long, otherwise a chunky patent loafer?

Ankle biker boots
Lace up brogues
Loafers

Definitely Dr Martens! ❤️

Ok I admit I've not tried flats just assumed my feet will look massive so will don my trousers and go and try some on this weekend. I'm already on the search for some chunky brogues or Dr Marten shoes but haven't found any I can afford yet. Thanks all

For work last winter I wore my culottes with some long boots. Wide leg trousers I wear brogues normally.
