Can anyone help me find a not horrid hat for my dad?

Don't know whether to cringe or laugh at putting this in the "Style and Beauty" section .

My dad has decided that he wants a baseball cap for his birthday. He is in his 70s, on the large side, and generally wears farmerish clothes - checked shirts and gungy coloured cords.

He thinks they're great "because you can angle them to keep the sun out of your eyes when you're driving".

As it's my poor mother who is going to have to be seen with him in his baseball cap, I am trying to find a nice one. Does anyone know where I might find one without a big sportswear logo or baseball team emblazoned on it? I think he'd probably opt for a mesh back too so his head doesn't get too sweaty in the car .

yes, it is The Law for him to wear a flat cap or Newsboy style hat for driving purposes

I would die if my dad went out in the wax one.

But my Dad who is 73 loves a nice baseball hat. Drives my Mum bonkers.

He has a lovely flat cap that suits him. Unfortunately he has decided that only a baseball cap will do.

Thank you for those two Cod - the plain one is closest to the mark - I had come across it before in my hunt but I think it sweeps back from the peak too much. He needs more of an Ashton Kutcher truck driver front to the cap. It's currently my reserve if I don't find anything else.

I actually quite like the wax one, but they live in France and I think it would be too warm.

So glad it's not just my dad Bree!
