Can’t see it myself.

OP, have a look at a recent photo of Charlotte Rampling and chill out.

morriseysquif · 31/08/2020 13:06

They look very regular to me.

Sanjii · 31/08/2020 13:26

not at all. what makes you think that way? In hooded eyes, the upper lid is not visible (Jennifer Lawrence, Claudia Schiffer).

RoadworksAgain · 31/08/2020 13:47

Not severely, but they are slightly hooded, you don't have very much eyelid space on show.

ZaZathecat · 31/08/2020 13:48

Absolutely not!

botemp · 31/08/2020 13:58

Not really, I have naturally hooded eyes and have about a 1/4 - 1/2 of your visible lid space and it just disappears all together from certain angles.

I can't say for sure as it's a frontal pic but it does look like you don't have very deep eye sockets, which is something that's hardly discussed WRT eye makeup but that does mean makeup comes out looking different. Check out some Korean makeup YouTubers for inspiration.

Nope

Not hooded eyes Flowers

I’d say that if you spent hours trying to work it out and you still haven’t been able to work it out, then you probably haven’t got hooded lids.

Personally I love hooded lids. Kate Moss, Blake Lively, Jennifer Lawrence and Charlotte Rampling are all gorgeous in my (slightly hooded) eyes.

GreeboIsMySpiritAnimal · 01/09/2020 07:59

What's the opposite of hooded, then? Because in recent photos I've noticed I seem to have an excessive amount of eyelid. It's not something I'd noticed before so was assuming it was an age thing?

DefinatelyAWeeGobshite · 01/09/2020 09:22

Mine are similar to yours OP and i always thought they were hooded as I seem to have excess lid skin and I have uneven creases on the outer side. So things like winged liner etc don’t work for me (or rather I can’t make them work) and if I do use a crease or transition shade I have to bring it up higher as it’s lost when my eyes are open.

I think ultimately I have slightly hooded eyes, in that there is excess skin that droops over my lid but I do still have visible lid space.

I don’t think you have hooded eyes. The skin of my eyelid touches my eyelashes all around my eye. Take a look at Wayne Goss who has uploaded videos to YouTube on his channel for hooded eyes for examples.
