Mine didn’t hurt at all, healed pretty much straight away. I took it out when I was pregnant because my breasts were really sensitive and sore and the piercing was heightening that. I loved having it, and would have it done again.

If l may digress slightly, l just wish l had the courage. But l don’t.

For those asking why anyone would want it, do you have pierced ears? Why is one body area acceptable and one not?

JM10 · 30/08/2020 03:24

I didn't find it overly painful. I don't have particularly sensitive nipples though. I don't think the thing about breast size is right really, I think it's probably more down to your nipples. I was probably about an f cup when I had it done.

Again, although I have large-ish nipples, I could always wear a bar so I think that probably depends on your nipples too.

Had mine done twice I don't think it hurts but mine did not heal well at all kept getting infected so ended up taking it out

Doccomplaint · 30/08/2020 06:06

Had both mine done but they never healed properly and I had to take them out. Hurt like fuck to get them done but I loved the look of them.

Didn’t notice a change to sensitivity.

I’ve got mine done, I’ve got 22 piercings and am covered in tattoos, and it’s the one thing I would NEVER ever do again! Mine was excruciating and took ages to heal, had it 8 years now and it did take a while to heal but I’m glad I got it done

@HelloChompy

Out of curiosity for those saying it hurt a lot.... Have you other piercings and how does both the initial pain and the healing pain compare with, say, a cartilage piercing?
I have two navel, trays and another ear cartilage, tongue and cliticisation hood

Walk in the park compared to nipple piercing

They look sexy AF.

Daren’t do it though.

Deathraystare · 03/09/2020 15:47

Must admit to no for me, I am very sensitive in that area and the thought of a piercing! Plus I remember a magazine article about a gay demo in USA somewhere. A pair of lesbians had their's pierced and were joined together by a metal cord. I was just imagining one being arrested and the other one having to trot along beside her!

Each to his /her own!

I had both of mine done this year. The left one hurt more than the right. They both hurt like hell but only for a few seconds. Healing has been fine apart from possibly a touch of mastitis in the left one, but that was probably due to me wearing tight bras and going running in even tighter bras. A few days of no bra, hot flannel compresses and extra cleaning and it was fine.

Other than that there is very little discomfort. you need to be careful not to catch them on things and I need to change the bars to smaller ones now which should reduce the chances of catching them too.

I've been wanting mine done for a while but I'm too much of a wimp 😫

Moonflower12 · 03/09/2020 18:29

I had both mine done. Excruciating pain but over in a second. I had the rings in but they wouldn't heal as they were always rubbing the edge of the piercings where they bent down ( the rings). I swapped to bars and they were perfect.
