I've had a Stylpro makeup brush cleaner for years and have always loved it. However in line with my latest drive to use only cruelty free products I purchased the Stylpro Vegan Brush Cleaning Solution recently. The damn stuff has ruined my expensive makeup brushes, leaving them covered in a film of oil which won't budge despite being rinsed in the machine and since in my sink with eye makeup remover. They won't dry properly and leave an oily residue on my hand when I brush them. I can't use these with powder eyeshadow now as it will ruin it and wouldn't dream of rubbing them in my eyes anyway!
When I contacted the customer service team they basically insinuating I hadn't followed the instructions, which I did. Anyone had a similar experience?
