Can you wear mustard yellow with blonde hair?

I'm going for lunch with friends on sat and am thinking about wearing a mustard yellow tea dress I've had for over a year but never been able to fit into.
I've now lost weight and it hangs nicely but my hair is now light ash blonde. It was medium chocolate brown previously.

Can I wear it? I am a bit clueless in general about what goes with my light hair.

Not me. I have blond hair and blue eyes, and mustard yellow makes me look like death. I'm sure it depends on your specific skin tone/colouring.

My friend is blonde with blue eyes and mustard is absolutely her colour, she really suits it. Think it depends more on skin tone than hair colour. Think pinkier skin tones look good in it!

Absolutely..... I've got a lovely mustard jumpsuit and I'm blonde. I fake tan tho and I found the mustard made my tan look lovely.

I think this could be true. I have a very neutral skin tone, and anything yellow just brings out any yellow tones I have in my skin. I look like I have jaundice. Not a good look.

I have quite a rosy complexion but nicely tanned at the mo. Have found photos of holly Willoughby wearing a similar dress and it looks nice.
