I 'need' makeup

I've never been one for wearing much makeup.
I even ditched the coloured foundation in the summer.
I hardly ever even wear mascara because my eyes are so sensitive.
Anyhow ever since reading about blinc mascara I think it might be OK for me?? I have always used clinques quick eyes for liner, anything better out there?
Also I need to get a good foundation, what are peoples recommendations??

Can I barge in and ask watling what mascaras you rate.I have contact lenses so nothing that has "bits" for me. Thanks in advance!

thanks I have a fac wash that apparently cleanses and tones but will get new bits in town next week.
