I want swing cardies or shrug things suitable for wearing with smockery, please

Pref black although completely fab colours considered. Oh maybe brown as well. I am going up to Lunnon tomorrow and I want to get at least one cardi thing that I can wear over loose tops. Will be around Covent Garden mostly so a shop round there please.

Matalan have lovely soft shrugs in grey and light purple for £18.00 - I bought both.

Oasis might be worth a visit - there's this, this (which also comes in grey and blue) and a rather nice looking shrug.

Well they are more the trapeze tops really cod. I love them, I am not binning them.

Jackie I like some of those, esp the first M+S one and the Oasis ones. Oasis always have the right stuff but I never feel it is worth the money, do you know what I mean? I don't think all their stuff is finished very well, and it isn't cheap.
