I'd go with the first one. Looks fab on you. I see the second one as more "frumpy". Blazer or even biker jacket over the first would look great. Much cooler

Your legs are fab.
First top but add a jacket (either drapey (see Claudia Winkleman) or biker-y)and chunky necklace is my opinion.

Love the trousers and heels. First top is lovely for a few drinks in a pub, with mates on a sunny afternoon, but not for a fancy ish dinner. Second top just looks a bit meh, it doesn't show off your lovely figure and I dont like the high neck

Ideally I'd have this nice top (1st) showing off your figure and loose height waist trousers (palazzo) with classic stiletto shoes. Do you happen to have any of these? I'd recommend either a loose top or a loose bottom. It looks better if not too tight.
