Dilemma: high heels with long trousers are no good on my long walk to work ....

but if I wear trainers or comfortable shoes I need much shorter trousers? What do you all do? Do you really only wear shorter jeans etc when you wear flats and longer jeans with heels .... ?

But hopefully you won't see anyone you know on the way to wherever you're going and when you get there and put your heels on you'll look fabulous.
