Help - we have just got freebie tickets to a black tie event tomorrow - I need shoes

I have the dress which is a mixture of dark red & darl plum (well skirt, top & jacket) that I got from monsoon years age. Is it so out of date, it is back in fashion again?

But black shoes don't really go with it. So I need some v. dark brown or v. v. dark red to to match and possibly a bag as well.

Since I am working from home tomorrow AND owed some TOIL I have a couple of hours to go shopping tomorrow. If I know what I am getting it is easy for me to go anywhere in E. Herts. I do not have time to browse though.

Please can anyone help.

BTW I have very fat ankles and thinking of a court shoe with no more than a 2" heel

Thanks for those COD. I like the style of the monsoon ones best, except it is a bit too pink - of course they never show the correct shade on the internet

The first link, is probably a no because neither siver or gold go very well with the outfit. Can get away with the setting on a piece of jewellery but not much more

re the second link - can you wear tights with peep-toe shoes?
