Growing out dyed hair but not sure if want to stay this colour - any advice?

I've got about 2.5" or so of mostly white hair - but it's not even all over. The top looks whiter but the back less so. I've wanted to grow out my hair dye for ages to see what's there but now I'm not sure I suit it. I don't want to go back to a dark colour as don't want to go through all of this again. I'm not going to the hairdressers for a while.

Any suggestions of what to do next? Dye it with a white pearlescent dye?

I dye my grey hair with my own homemade hair dyeing tea. It turns my grey hair blonde. I use camomile, a tiny bit of turmeric, redbush tea and instant coffee.

I would go to a salon and start getting light ashy blonde colour. that will phase into the white nicely, then you can experiment with toners (silver/ blonde etc) my mum did this after years of dyeing her hair black then brown and it looks brilliant on her. suites her skin tone much more.
