I love these boots...but what to wear with them?

I love these, but don't know what they would go with that's fashionable right now. Any ideas? If I wear them it will be with boring jeans and a boring top - any hints for making them look trendier?

I'm confused and alarmed by the 'small concealed gusset'. My boots have no gusset at all, unless it's so small and concealed that i haven't found it yet.

The gusset worried me too - I didn't think they were so long they needed a gusset

My dungaree days are over, thanks - in fact I don't think I had any dungaree days.
Like short skirt and tights idea. Bit dumpy at the moment, though.

I have some similar (but with ewer buckles)(and no hidden gussets) are they knee length?

Wear under bootleg jeans, over skinny jeans, with denim skirt and black tights.

Get yerself a leather jacket (if you dare) or the whole biker chick look (God I wish I dared, imagine their faces in the playground!)
