HELP - I've tried to highlight my hair and it has an orange tinge to it

I know - I should have waited a fortnight!! But I 'balayaged' the front using this product (Superdrug ash blonde) at the beginning of lockdown and it went well.

This time is a disaster. A definite orange hue. I have tried purple shampoo but it made no difference.

Should I 'bleach' it again and if so, how long do you leave it for (previous box was 30 mins which I did religiously!)

Advice welcome

take a piece of hair underneath but that still has some of the last attempts dye on it and do a strand test with a second application. At worst you'll have one unusual looking section underneath, at best the second application will give the result you wanted.

If it’s orange rather than yellowy brassy then a blue toner/shampoo is what you need 😄, I may have done this before 😂😂
