What is going on at Net a Porter?

Comments all over Instagram and Twitter from people saying orders placed weeks, and in some cases months ago, have not been dispatched. Customer service responses fobbing people off, and not answering questions. These are high value orders. I've got a bit outstanding myself. They have always been EXCELLENT. I'm worried they're about to go under and take my £££ with them. Whatever you do DO NOT order from them at the moment

Well having posted on here this morning, I just received a shipping notification! Thank goodness. Let's see how long it takes to arrive now...

I agree though, customer service has been terrible and I will be avoiding in future. Such a shame as they used to be great. I haven't used Matches before but I will check them out!

This doesn't sound good at all. I hope the lady with the counterfeit bag eventually got a refund?

NAP and Outnet both massively dropped in quality when Yoox took over. I used to shop with both regularly but the service (and websites) are so poor now I much prefer Matches

Just had a look at trust pilot and their socials and nothing has improved. I am genuinely surprised they are managing to make things worse with their copy and paste responses. In other news I requested a return with Mytheresa yesterday and the DHL chap was here within an hour and an order I placed with matches on Tuesday arrived today. Never going back to NAP
