Does anyone know where I can get girls' boots that are narrow in the leg?

Had to pay a small fortune last year to get some to fit my skinny-legged dd1 (she's 9).

Clarks are massive around the calf.

If anyone knows where I can get some that aren't hugely expensive please let me know!

We have all but given up. DD has very skinny legs and we just wear tights with thick long socks and it works well.
