oops sorry, they are Clarks hero hare wedges, I lusted after them for months and then thought f* it, I am buying them today. So I did.

I'd normally suggest a camisole with a cardigan over it - makes the bfing easier. But that would mean buying 2 things, unless you have a camisole or a lovely cardigan already?

So what sort of style would you suggest given my tomato-on-toothpick shape?

What are you wearing on the bottom apart from shoes? Being rounded meself I sometimes find that Monsoon do flattering things for those with boobs and curves, though ain't cheap. Next are also sometimes good, but can be a mite frumpy, so be careful. For goodness sake, don't wear a smock top or anything with too much material, or you will look PG (I did and people asked, and was embarrassing - am PG now but still a bit scarred by the experience)
If you have nice cleavage maybe go for something which shows that off in a classy way, and therefore detracts from the curves you aren't quite so fussed about.

Hum, am not so good on tomato-on-toothpick as am firmly pear in shape and have spent many years trying to hide big hips and bum.

Something like this might work, or this - depends how nubbly the fabric is - I'd look for smoother rather than more textured ones. Possibly this, although it's difficult to see just how ruffly it is, iyswim.

Was it really easy to bf in, fishie? A lot of the mock wrap ones seem quite fitted round the waist, so I thought they might not work so well.

Fishie - that makes more sense - depends on how big your norks are, and how good you are at bfing discreetly - I was never able to be very discreet, and I always had to lift tops up. Oregonian - which do you prefer to do?

I am more of an under rather than an over, but if it was the right top, I could leave my modesty at home.
Having said that, my norks are all saggy and sad these days.
