i need / want some thick (opaque and not flimsy) black leggings to wear under skirts / dresses that are just that bit too short to wear without..... but i want them to stop jut at v top of calves, not to be ankle length....... please? tia

i got good ones out of internationale and primark, which are thickish(cant pluck or rip them) and they are cropped....so the shorter leggings. hope this helps x

if you're going to wear leggings ankle length ones really do look better.

but personaly i prefer tights.
