I have turned into that woman I pitied when I was super-fit pre-children - the one with a bit of extra weight whose top ends up around her ears whenever she rolls down/does a downward facing dog.

Where do you get your yoga/pilates wear (preferably not hugely expensive) and what are your tips for a capsule work out wardrobe that stays where is should be/covers what it needs to?

BAM is good. They do a longer length t-shirt bambooclothing.co.uk/shop/gathered-hem-bamboo-t-shirt-3-2/
and various deep waistband/ higher rise leggings or yoga pants.
I have ordered from them a couple of times during lockdown and the stuff is good quality and comes quickly.

So I wear a yoga tank top and yoga pants tuck it in if it becomes annoying I always buy size up from me as well as the cheap ones shrink pretty easily

Primark cotton/Lycra fitted t shirts. They cost about £3, come in a huge range of colours and necklines and wash beautifully. They are completely indistinguishable from some I bought in Hobbs for £30.
