I need to find the ones I want and stick a picture on my fridge to stop me going in there so much

Pref black but could do dark brown
size 5
small heel or ideally wedge heel (as need to walk with dd1 and dd2 in the pushchair)

Cnat be to high up the calf as have chunky legs from years of going to trampolining club

Have a budget up to £70

Sorry, but I was really shocked by the title. I am all for loved ones helping with a goal...but???

sugarmatches · 23/09/2007 18:58

Did not mean meant

your dad?
not your dh?
my dad would be horrified if I talked about my weight with him

newlifenewname · 23/09/2007 18:59

Think that is very wrong too. What business is it of his? It's your goal, if he wants to treat you to boots then so be it.

eandh · 23/09/2007 19:31

No I was moaning about the fact that I wanted to lose weight and that I couldnt afford weightwatches etc he asked what my goal was and I said 2 stone by xmas so I would feel better in myself (and be a better mum as be more active for my dd's) and he said if I did it he'd give me some money for new clothes as an incentive to keep me going but I decided I'd much rather have new boots (have a shoe fetish)

My dad is super lovely and I adore him, dh is helping me by not bringing choc home from work etc (he is one of those annoying peopel who can eat whatever and stay slim) and heis a fab dad and often treats me and the dd's to things (if he tags along on a shopping trip) plu he does all the work in our house as he is a buile and dh works long hours so can't get everything done.

Oh god I shoud have reworded title but honestly it is a big incentive for me as I cant justify £70 on a pair of boots!!

Okay, but be careful you don'tplace so much on getting the end result that it becomes a big stress - you want to diet happily.

She says hypocritically
