Honestly for highlights / bleached hair I’d leave well well alone. The colour you’d put on will nowhere be effective enough to match a salon colour - and the salon will then to need correct.

Honestly, just wait it out. I’m not going to wreck all the money I’ve spent on highlights by putting a box dye on it

Thanks Mabel it is a scary prospect of it going wrong

I'm going to wait it out. The Josh Wood root sprays are pretty good for online conference cover ups!

I hear you!! My lovely thick bleach blonde pixie cut currently looks like I have a crash helmet on it I leave it over my ears. My hair grows like grass and I have missed out on 3 haircuts and one dose of bleach since lockdown Confused

I have more grey than blonde now but havent touched it, it's torture especially as I am still working so can't hide at home

Bingo thanks I might try that temporary root cover

Heathcliff. Well seemingly not much we can do but wait it out. I ordered hairdressing scissors and cut fringe and side bits successfully it really blends in. Am so tempted to trim the length and shape my hair. Not sure when I will get to the hairdresser again
