Where can I get jeans taken up so it actually looks good.

I once saw that there was a place in London, which I seem to remember was near Gt Portland St (though I could be wrong) which is where place like French Connection and Levis send their jeans to be altered and they look as if they were made to be that length rather than obviously taken up (does anyone else get what I mean??). Typically I didn't make a note of it.

Does anyoe know where this is or can anyone recommend somewhere in London that could do this?

Hi im nr dartford and i take my dh's trousers to the local dry cleaners who do alterations. Never had problem. And dh is snobby and only likes armani or versace jeans!! Costs 9.00 here.
